Ok so if cryptos all crash, there is no point of using this pointless exchange.

It's because the exchanges are still active, still making money, still the only reason the market ever goes up again. Exchanges are paramount to the existence of these cryptos. As a reference, if gasoline prices crash upwards and hit $10 a gallon are people going to stop getting gas, or will they still go the gas station to get it? exactly!
