Spain has no border on Africa.

Melilla and Ceuta are two Spanish cities that are located in Northern Africa and border with Morocco. The government is using this situation as a marketing, but at the same time they are calling the ship rescue as a "isolated action". They are afraid of causing a mass-immigration effect, but I think it is already too late to avoid it.
