I shit you not, I was attempting to explain the balance between good and evil, not knowing anything about the occult. What I did, was use a visual representation. Both hands placed in front of myself, using my index finger and thumb on each hand, I made two circles. I started out by saying we are the tribulation, and between good and evil there is perfect balance. After I said this I pulled both hands away from each other, but keeping the fingers symbolic of a circle. In my mind I imagined a line between two points, and when I did this, instantaneously, everything outside turned red.

So I just recently found out my grandfather's dad's sister's husband was a 33rd Degree Freemason. Her name was Sophia, but they called her Sophi. He also talked about how his mother could heal burns. Said that it only worked on men, would alleviate the pain of the burn, and accelerate the healing process. Likewise, back then, men could only work on women, and vice versa. Not sure why that is, but an interesting detail. I'm sure there are still teachers in those ways, but are very few and far between. They come from a region of Pennsylvania where the town is built on the peak of a mountain. Nights are strange up there, to say the least.

Sophia would have nothing to do with that.
