AT&T Still getting irate callers and they still logging them.
It's been about a year since I last posted this fiasco. But GF got home about an hour ago and informed me that one her calls got added to the "fishbowl" that's how bad the customer was.

See, word got out that AT&T logs its bad/irate customers in their customer service department so they denied it and told the employees to hush up. Well, that policy isn't exactly on the books anymore but it kind of is.

Turns out when a bad/irate customer's call gets added to the fishbow they get a special flag and their first name and last initial and city gets added to the call that's added to fishbowl so that future cusomter service reps can hear them and know how to deal with them.

Just thought I'd share. She said she doesn't know if the calling being added to fishbowl is good or bad for her just that she got the notice the call made it.

It's all pretty interesting. A sort of "justice" program finally installed at a company to route out bad/irate customers. I hope other companies follow suit, hell, maybe even make a database of those people.

Just my 2 cents.
