Could probably get the sewer/water people to do them under the guise of them being sewers/water pipes designed to meet industrial specifications, which would need an adequate walkway along the pipes for access.

The new Walmart which was built in our area was built with a HUMONGOUS water tank. The size of it is bigger than our original small town water tank.

I marveled at it when they constructed it and wondered why the heck a Walmart would need something of that capacity.

Also, the new huge apartment complexes they keep building are all eventually surrounded by huge fences and gates. They all look like prisons of the future to me.

do you know how Walmart randomly close its stores all the time? how they are no windows? how it is strictly forbidden for people to go in the back of the store? it would be very easy for them to pull something like this off and my guess, the drilling equipment is already down there and has been down there still working. they probably made the actual tunnel to the Walmart before the store was even built there. They have been doing this since the 1940 and it went all the way to Mexico and from Washington DC to California in the 1940's... the same tunnel that the president can access at anytime under the Whitehouse. if they had tunnels that long in the 1940's can you even imagine what its like now in 2018? like I said, crazy times we are living in. you're government does not love you but despite and hates you. im telling you all this is worth something to look into

I don't know. I worked at one years ago. There are actually cages in some of the storage areas. When I first saw one, I even thought that it was strange how much they looked like jail cells.

That said, there are still some regions of this planet in which I prefer to reside in gated communities. Some towns are just plain scary.
