Actually they probably fast all the time (including dry fasts i.e. no water OR food for a few days) You would not believe how quickly that can transform you into a MUCH healthier you.

It causes your cells to re-set and regenerate. Look into 30 day water fasting. How it has literally transformed people lives.

And, I know you probably won't believe this, but look into Urine therapy. As in, drink your first mornings urine. No. Urine IS NOT waste. No, urine IS NOT toxic. Those are all lies. In fact there is a reason why your sperm and urine come out the same hole. It is sterile. (and NO you cannot eat your feces because that IS toxic).

I'm sure Spyrgiric (sp?) solutions do have value. That is reducing the spice/plant into its most basic salts. The highest pinnacle of nutrients.
