Rules for the Right -- requesting feedback, ideas, new rules, etc
This is a working draft for and idea I've been throwing around for a while. Posting it here for feedback/additions/suggestions/critique.

I will keep updating this post with new rules and ideas as time goes on.

=======

Republicans/Conservatives/Christians/Libertarians: We need to develop and implement a forward thinking attitude and plan of action for defeating leftist narratives that undermine our country and culture. Let's call it Rules for the Right.

We need to anticipate the attacks the left will use and go on the offense well before they even have a chance to start the narrative.

When the left has the opportunity to set the tone of the conversation, its logically fallacious tentacles erode and undermine the counter narrative, leaving the right looking reactionary and uncaring to the average sheeple. Leftists deploy this sophistry because its effective.

Despite its total falsity, when leftists deploy sophistic fallacies their narrative succeeds at pulling on the heartstrings of the average reasonable and empathetic person: "think of the children!" The right is then forced to take a further reactionary and defensive position and call out the left on their hypocrisy. But by then it's too late.

The right needs to start anticipating and planning for this sophistry well before any inkling of leftist propaganda has a chance to set the tone of political conversation then preemptively, offensively and aggressively counter the leftist talking points before they even have a chance to utter them. This will put the left in the reactionary and defensive position republicans have been in for 60 years.

Leftist doctrine needs to be marginalized and neutralized, its followers and proponents ostracized and ridiculed.

So I've started writing up some rules the right should follow to send leftist ideology to hell where it belongs.

Rules for the Right:

1. Know thy enemy

To defeat a leftist, you have to be able to think like one. That means you have to fully understand victim mentality and how it's pushed and exploited by the left for their political purposes.

This is their primary recruiting mechanism.

The left is hard at work sub-dividing society into as many victim groups as it can conceptualize. Then it goes to work convincing members of that group that they are a victim and that the left is their salvation.

Once the group is created they unleash every type of emotional fallacy imaginable to persuade average people to support granting these victim groups special privileges, financial stipends and other legal or social rewards for their victimhood. The reward for convinced victim supporters is that they feel good for 'helping the downtrodden' victims.

Once those victim groups receive their entitlements, they will always vote to keep them, even to their own and society's utter detriment. Look at what welfare has done to minorities, particularly inner city blacks as a clear example of the ruin leftist policies enacts on their victims. This destruction then breeds more victims, who become convinced the left is their only salvation and anyone who opposes the left is the enemy... and the leftist cancer spreads.

Now, when those policies come under attack by the right, the left and all of their victim groups and victim supporters cry foul. They blame any and every group they oppose for a.) the very destruction the left caused to begin with, and b.) for 'making it worse' by challenging or removing the entitlements that perpetuates the victimization of the group. Since the left has already controlled the narrative from the beginning, it makes the right look mean and uncaring. This recruits more victims and victim supporters to the left.

What an evil and effective way to do business.

2. Treat the left like children

The left behaves like a spoiled little brat kid. So treat it that way. Good parents have already set the rules, provided the appropriate training and are prepared to discipline their children when they misbehave. Good parents don't engage in a child's indolence or argue with their children. Good parents don't give toddlers the candy they want just because they're throwing a temper tantrum and making a scene. Good parents practice the courage of their conviction and stay consistent with their rules. When a child throws a temper tantrum over candy in a store, the good parent will remove the child from the store and discipline them appropriately.

The left is great at throwing temper tantrums, and the right is great and giving the left its candy. The left thinks that if it throws a temper tantrum, the right will give it, not only the candy, but the entire store. And the left is right about that. Republicans are notorious cucks who have been giving away the store to leftist toddlers because of their temper tantrums for a long time.

The right, especially republican politicians (with the exception of President Trump), strikes me as bumbling ignorant buffoons when it comes to strategizing and communicating policy proposals and ideas. It's as if they have no comprehension whatsoever how the left will react and are completely unprepared for it. Republicans are then forced to spend their all of their time and effort defending against leftist attacks instead of leading effectively. Under the barrage of whining, republicans succumb to the pressure and ultimately walk back their initial proposals just to stop the embarrassment caused by the left's annoying tantrum.

The right needs to anticipate the lefts victim mindset and the types of reactions to policy that mentality produces before they promote their policy to the public. The left's reaction and talking points should already be well known way in advance of any proposal, and the proposal's message should be crafted in such a way that the whiny toddler left's temper tantrum is predicted and ridiculed before they have a chance to throw it.

Take the immigration debate as an example. The right should have already been prepared for the left's hypocrisy on child detention center conditions. Before Trump decided to start enforcing the Obama era rule of separating children from their detained parents, the right should have plastered social media and news sites with the images of Obama era detention centers to show those horrific conditions under Obama. The right should have relentlessly pushed stories about border related child trafficking statistics. Instead, the right is defending itself, looks mean and uncaring, and the nation is supporting the leftist doctrine on this one because they were allowed to throw a temper tantrum.

3. Show the destruction caused by the left, early and often

Deaths caused directly and indirectly by Communism, Socialism, Marxism
Venezuela
Detroit
Inner cities
Public education

4. Point out the left's inherent racism and bigotry

Name calling is a dirty tactic of propaganda but is extraordinarily effective. The left has been widely successful at labeling those on the right as racist bigots. This is pure projection.

The right freed the slaves under Abraham Lincoln. In fact the slave owners of the south were mostly democrats, including Andrew Jackson who owned upwards of 150 slaves on his 360 acre cotton plantation.

The right, through the free market principals of true capitalism, and the belief in equal opportunity for all men enabled blacks to participate in the free market after they were freed from slavery. Until 1965

The left believes that voting ID laws are 'racist' because they believe minorities can't afford IDs. They believe that minorities need help paying for school, housing, food -- for the same reason. These underlying leftist assumptions are by their very nature racist.

The left founded the KKK.

Nazi's were national socialists, a leftist movement. [link to wsau.com]

The left is actively promoting genocide of blacks through their advocacy of abortion. Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, openly expressed her disgust with what she considered 'the unfit' and 'weeds'. [link to www.washingtontimes.com (secure)]

5. Take the high road

Right wing virtual signalling and moral outrage is just as cringe worthy as the leftist version of the same.

Authoritarianism and suppression of free speech as a response to issues that offend conservative moral values are just as tyrannical as those that offend the moral relativism of the left.

We escaped and defeated a theocratic monarchy when the USA was founded. Part of that victory includes our celebration and practice of liberty.

Although the ideas promoted by leftists like atheism, Islam, homosexuality, gender bending, and the like are morally outrageous, banning an individual's right to express these ideas are protected by the first amendment.

If the right wing produces policies to suppress first amendment rights based on one group's objective morality, it paints a giant target on the right that will ultimately fail to pass the sniff test once it's challenged by even a right-leaning supreme court.

The battle of ideas belongs in the domain of protected free speech, not in the domain of legislation or policy.

For example: the gay marriage debate. First of all, government should not even be involved in the question of the institution or sanctity of marriage. Marriage is a religious and cultural institution. If 3.8% of the population who identifies as gay wants to pretend they are married, who cares!

The real reason the left took on this issue on is not because they care about the civil rights of homosexuals, it was 1.) to promote it as a cultural norm which has aims to continue destroying the family unit which, 2.) aids in leftist recruitment since the destruction of the family helps create new victims who will seek the entitlements and privileges the left claims to offer.

When the right participated in this nonsense debate from an objective morality perspective based on Christian values, instead of reversing government involvement in marriage admodum, it gave power to the leftist arguments that supported their victim group.

Right wing philosophy needs to be viewed as supporting individual liberty and the subsequent opportunity created by it.

The beauty of free speech is that bad ideas will destroy themselves, much like a marriage made of gay adults who cannot procreate will have no decedents.

6. Let the left be its own parody

When I was younger and less informed about politics, ethics, virtue and the pursuit of truth I like many others of my time watched The Daily Show for my news. It was a time when George W Bush was president, and at that time the left had conveniently good arguments which opposed GW's neo-conservative policies, particularly the Iraq war and his draconian Patriot Act.

Then a few years later, Stephen Colbert, an actor on The Daily Show who parodied right-wing republicans was given his own show, The Colbert Report, which aired immediately after. To me, this show was funnier, more informative, and more balanced than The Daily Show. So I stopped watching The Daily Show and only watched The Colbert Show.

Colbert's parody of a right-wing conservative was my introduction to right-leaning ideology. His parodied arrogance about right wing ideas actually drew me to those ideas. What was so wrong about having a healthy sense of self and admiration for one's own accomplishments?

The right should take note of this experience. Parodying the left will only give reasons to the inexperienced and understudied to fall for leftist arguments. Not to mention that the right is notoriously bad at comedy. No offense, Dennis Miller.

Never parody the left with sarcasm. The left is its own parody and will perpetuate its own satire in its desperation to control people's thinking with political correctness.

7. Look for the skeletons

When someone on the left accuses someone on the right of something, the leftist is in fact the guilty party. Dig deep and expose them for who they are.

8. When the leftist fake news retracts a false story broadcast those errors loudly and everywhere possible.

The mainstream media deliberately creates false narratives and fake news to control the narrative and public perception. When they are called out for their falsehoods, they issue one-liner retractions that they bury under an obscure web entry or a random tweet days if not weeks after the initial story already poisoned the mind of the public.

The right needs to relentlessly hammer the mainstream media on these propaganda tactics.

9. Never apologize

The left is made of bullies who lie and smear their opposition over anything and everything. Political correctness isn't about not offending some group, but is about weaponizing the victims the left created and imposing tyrannical speech and thought control.

If the right is called out by leftists over speech or actions the left finds 'offensive', do not apologize or retreat. In fact double down instead, the watch their cognitive dissonance riddled brains explode with anger.

Remember their attack on your right to free expression is not about the 'victims' the left pretends to be protecting, or the 'outrage' produced by the victim group the left created. It is about leftist control. Never apologize.

10. Record everything

Get it on video. The left will lie about events to support its narrative. Be ready to take video of any interaction you have with a leftist, so when the left tries to distort the truth you will have evidence to shut down their lies.

11. Hit them where it hurts

- Stop subsidizing leftist institutions (NPR, Public Universities, etc) with your state and federal tax dollars
- Demand that teachers who promote leftist ideals in K-12 classrooms be removed
- Do not employ leftists and fire the ones that work for you. Be prepared for their lawsuits claiming protected victim status and discrimination of one form or another, however.
- Boycott known leftist businesses, online services, products

12. Get involved locally

The left has succeeded in controlling our institutions through infiltration of every last one of them. The right needs to get into these same positions to fight back. Get elected to school boards, city councils, become university professors and deans, write articles, books, letters to the editors,

13. Vote in every election

5 stars. Well done post. You put effort into it I can see. A strategy for handling the left's evil is smart. I don't have any suggestions to add though at the moment. You summed it up well.

Perhaps..

"Don't fall for the left's fake moral superiority"

One of the number one weapons of the left is to appear to take the moral high ground.

This feigned moral superiority is nothing more than an excuse to push a political agenda.

Know when they are saying they want to fight racism, that means destroy white western society and culture.

When they say they want to protect abortion rights. It really means profit off planned parenthood.

When it comes to gay rights, they are trying to increase their voting base. Big part of the reason they want to import illegals. They are counting on their votes as well.

That's the left's biggest weapon of all. Appearing to be the nice guys.

Don't fall for the act.

Hope I helped. You can use all or some or none of what I said in the future rules.

Thank you ... Some of it is touched on in rule 4 and some in rule 5. I want to make this about how to be on the offense.... The right reacts too much because the left has dominated cultural and societal narrative for far too long. It's time for the right to go on attack and stop reacting...

I'd like to explore "How to defeat the left's fake moral superiority" moreso than explain how to not fall for it. You know?

6) Never parody the leftwing party line using sarcasm. It doesn't work. Many people do not understand sarcasm and it just confuses them. Ultimately you just end up propagating the left wing line.

Whenever you must discuss statements made by the left, always carefully explain who said, then only use a phrase. Don't ever say an entire paragraph and then respond to it, you will merely be quoted out of context.

Never rant the opposite of what you believe sarcastically. If you do this you are simply shooting yourself (and others) in the foot.

Re: Rules for the Right -- requesting feedback, ideas, new rules, etc
I think it's also important to use their own tools against them. Not all of them, some of them are just plain evil... but one thing the left loves to do, is seem educated, and seem like they're logical or interested in the opinions of "experts"

Lately I see that a lot of them try to derail conversation or argument by pointing out logical fallacies (that they also try to trick you into by leading the conversation) yet they use one themselves all the time.

It's called "Appeal to Authority"

Appealing to authority is basically admitting that their arguments mean nothing, because they don't even understand their arguments enough to defend themselves properly. Instead they will listen to only people in their echo chambers who they have decided are "authorities" on the matter. They do this to seem more intelligent, but really it belies their own insecurity and weakness in being able to defend the arguments that they probably started.

Call them on it. Calling them on a logical fallacy will show them that you're familiar with the tools they're using to try to discredit you. This makes you look "educated" and no longer someone they can just talk down to in the same way while making themselves feel superior, or somehow "better" than you. Suddenly you aren't "quite" as different from them as they thought, and their narrative of self vs other has the potential to begin to fall apart.

While I think that this probably falls under 1 and 2 (which are written beautifully) I figured I might toss it out there as something to think about.

Ignore and jump right over as if no consequence.
When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace. jimi

Believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see.

I'm just a product of insufficient modality.

Humans of Earth! I have come in peace. You need not fear me. I mean you no harm. However, it may be important to know that most of you will not survive the next 24 hours. And those of you who do survive will be enslaved and experimented on. You should in no way take any of this personally — it's just business!

Excellent.. I was just thinking about this as I listened to the Red debate with Jeranism about flat earth.. I was disappointed that Red used appeal to athority fallacy at the end and a few times in the beginning. I expected more from him. But it has great application to this topic! If you are okay with it, I might rip complete sentences from your reply to post as another rule if I may?

4. Point out the left's inherent racism and bigotry
 Quoting: Boaty

The most crucial fallacy of the left is their belief (and that of other people too) that liberalism supposedly - supposedly - comes from a nicey-nicey, huggy-huggy part of the human soul. It sure as hell doesn't. The reason? There's nothing nice and caring about humans when they're severely deficient in common sense, honesty, logic and ethics.

Many people, however, will make excuses for those weaknesses if they involve liberals. The reason? Because the naive and foolish falsely assumes that liberals at least mean well.

But who cares?

After all, look at all the ruthless, misery-inducing major figures of the left, including Stalin, Mao, Castro, Hugo Chavez, Nicolas Maduro, Kim Jong-il. They never brag about how inhumane and anti-nice they are. Just the opposite. If anything, they believe their sleazy liberalism is God's gift to mankind.

One guy often not associated with that bunch - with the left - Hitler, nonetheless and actually had a lot of traits of a typical liberal: He supported animals rights, veganism (he didn't like humans thinking of animals as food), a political party with "socialist" in its name and big-brother government. He felt more softy-softy towards Islam than Christianity. He was also homosexual throughout most of his life and was into creative-artistic matters.

Hitler had a lot of traits closer to those of a Hollywood secular Liberal than a Midwestern Christian conservative.

He felt more softy-softy towards Islam than Christianity. He was also homosexual throughout most of his life and was into creative-artistic matters.

Hitler had a lot of traits closer to those of a Hollywood secular Liberal than a Midwestern Christian conservative.

Thank you for this.. I'm thinking about how to incorporate your points into rules 3 and 4 respectively.. Your post provides a nice transition between the two rules.

First, cease and desist on your attempts to pigeonhole anyone into a 2-party, fraudulent system, aka Paul Ryan/John McCain bullshit.

Second, fuck you for trying to further sibdivide the conservatives into lesser categories.

Seriously, fuck off.

Third, my three guiding forces in politics are the Holy Bible, the US Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.

Suck it, shills.

Thanks for the feedback.. If you think of a new rule to add come back to the thread and share it! I appreciate it
 Quoting: Boaty

You can use all or some or none of what I said in the future rules.

yoda Keep fighting the good fight yoda

Guess I kind of just expanded on 5. Oh well. Hope I helped.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76696369

Thank you ... Some of it is touched on in rule 4 and some in rule 5. I want to make this about how to be on the offense.... The right reacts too much because the left has dominated cultural and societal narrative for far too long. It's time for the right to go on attack and stop reacting...

I'd like to explore "How to defeat the left's fake moral superiority" moreso than explain how to not fall for it. You know?
 Quoting: Boaty

How about "Destroy the narrative that the left is morally superior"

The best way to destroy this narrative, in my opinion, is to show that they are in fact morally inferior and point out their evil every step of the way. Destroy their
moral high ground lie with real examples. Indisputable facts.

Like for example the irony in the fact that the left is pretending to care so much about these border children yet support millions of babies being aborted every year.

We know this sudden worry for border families is nothing more than an underhanded and slick attempt at taking down Trump.

People who react the way you do are often way more idiotically liberal than they want to admit to or realize. They're the ones who tend to think their liberal impulses come from a nicey-nice part of the brain.

There are definitely snippets of liberalism in Trump's brain. That's true of many people in general. That's one reason various people don't like being too upfront and candid about liberals and liberalism.

They're not too different from guys secretly turned on by young girls feeling uneasy when the subject of pedophilia comes up.

Donald Trump has also lived all his life in the world of limousine liberalism, otherwise known as New York City. Even worse, he has been a part of the entertainment industry for decades.

Common sense, honesty and integrity are not exactly important values to many people in those two environments.

It's actually commendable that in spite of that, Trump has retained enough logic and sanity to not be a foolish, irresponsible, wild-eyed liberal. Or a cross between Hillary and Bill, Barack and Harvey Weinstein. With some George Soros thrown in for a really nasty, mean witches brew.

I combined the right like so: Republicans/Conservatives/Christians/Libertarians.

Should we now develop a right-wing idea of intersectionalism?

There is a reason I used the words "left" and "leftist" in my OP. Liberalism itself, per the classical definition, is not what I'm working to destroy with this exploration.

That would be like saying all women should be destroyed. Or the right brain hemisphere should be destroyed.

I want to destroy leftism.
