Nope. The elect are NOT specific to Israel. Prove this!

In fact, Jesus condemns those who reject him and says whoever rejects me, rejects the Father. And that person is an antichrist.

Re: Gospel of Salvation vs Tribulation Gospel
This is why you need to watch After the Tribulation. He goes through and shows the verses for elect and they are NOT specific to Israel.

You need to understand what God granted as a covenant to Abraham. That is not specific to Israel. Otherwise you have made Israel your idol.

Point to one verse stating a gathering of believers before the Tribulation.

I'll wait.

2 Thessalonians is one place you could start... you confuse Pauls message to the gentiles with Christ's message to the priesthood... Peter was looking for tribulation... Paul was looking for rapture... learn to rightly divide the word of truth.. what was true for the priesthood is not true for the body of Christ...

1 John 2
. 21I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. 22Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. 24Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

25And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.

... nothing about salvation through his death, burial and resurrection in there at all...which is OUR gospel found in 1 corinthians 15:1-4... this message would be unheard of until it was given to Paul 10 years AFTER the crucifixion of Christ...

but in order for the priesthood to get off the ground they HAD to believe Christ was that High Priest, the son of God, but the vast majority of Israel didn't believe... they rejected the priesthood...

I was perfectly willing to keep it general in the hopes you would watch a crystal clear exigesis of the Bible on Rapture.

But you wanted more. So I have soecifically shown you that it says in Matthew 24 it is talking to fervant disciples and they will suffer tribulation.

After the tribulation, then Jesus comes to collect the believers.

Believers have had tribulation and tribulations in this world for 2,000 years.

This does not mean God throws His Believers into The Tribulation, The Wrath of God.

If you cannot understand that simple distinction,

it is because you do not want to.

Pray about it. Ask the Holy Spirit to open the Bible, watch After the Tribulation with a Bible in your hands.

Prepare to actually read the Bible. You have been reading footnotes that are terribly misleading commentary by Schofield. And it makes you ignorant the text actually says.

1 Thess:4

13 I would not brethren, have you ignorant concerning they which are asleep, that ye sorrow not even as others which have no hope.

14 For if we believe that Jesus is dead, and is risen, even so them which sleep in Jesus, will God bring with him.

15 For this say we unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which live, and are remaining in the coming of the Lord, shall not prevent them which sleep.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, and with the voice of the Archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then shall we which live and remain, be caught up with them also in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

18 Wherefore, comfort yourselves one another with these words.

2 Thess:2

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our assembling unto him,

2 That ye be not suddenly moved from your mind, nor troubled neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter, as it were from us, as though the day of Christ were at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a departing first, and that [h]that man of sin be disclosed, even the son of perdition.

4 Which is an adversary, and exalteth himself against all that is called God, or that is worshipped: so that he doth sit as God in the Temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

1 Corinthians 15:51

Behold, I show you a secret thing, We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye at the last trumpet: for the trumpet shall blow, and the dead shall be raised up incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Only Paul teaches these truths...

God dealt with humanity for 2000 years and for the most part they rejected him...God dealth with Israel 2000 years and for the most part they rejected him... God has been dealing with the Gentiles for 2000 years and what have they done...

Paul tells us clearly in Ephesians 2:12 11 Wherefore remember that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, and called uncircumcision of them, which are called circumcision in the flesh, made with hands,

12 That ye were, I say, at that time without Christ, and were aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and were strangers from the covenants of promise, and had no hope, and were without God in the world.

to fulfill prophecy and establish his earthly kingdom where Israel will be in the role of the priesthood... Christians will be married to the Christ and be co-heirs with him... a far more intimate relationship than the priesthood... think about the structure of the Catholic church... Christ will be the high priest and son of GOD, and the 12 tribes will be the priesthood during the 1000 years millennial reign... exactly what he promised Peter in Matthew 16

Christ himself tells us that his earthly message is to Israel only (the priesthood)...that would include the writings of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

We must rightly divide the Word of Truth.

God bless
 Quoting: Christian 73629321

Does that mean Paul is cursing the Apostles that teach a different Gospel?

Galatians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed

No, Because they taught the same gospel. Christ is not divided! One Body and One Spirit.

1 Corinthians 1:12 Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. 13 Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul? 14 I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius;
