I don't think its possible to change this by EO. Fourteenth ammendment...

EVERYONE ELSE that drops a kid here goes right back to their nation, WILL REGISTER THEIR KID every year at the US embassy as a US citizen residing abroad and when their kid is 18 ship him/her back as a US CITIZEN etc--so WHY ARE THESE ILLEGALS ALLOWED TO STAY,collect welfare etc for their ANCHORS ? AMERICANS NEED TO WAKE UP. Well, its a legal thing. An Execute Order CAN'T pass over the constitution. Hence "Unconstitutional"
