Two Tennessee lawmakers are naming a state bill to legalize medical marijuana after President Trump. Rep. Bryan Terry (R) and Sen. Steve Dickerson (R) are working on a medical marijuana bill in the General Assembly named the Tennessee Responsible Use of Medicinal Plants Act — TRUMP Act. The Times Free Press reported Wednesday that Terry and Dickerson’s bill would expand medical research into treatments with cannabis and cannabis extracts. [ link to thehill.com] ----- If President Trump legalizes Marijuana, he is immediately assured re-election. Although, I think he's already assured re-election even without this. He will, to combat the opioid crisis, and to spur an economic boom in the weed biz, plus it will pull the wind right out of the Bernie Bros who pretty much wanted free weed, free college, and free income as their platform.
