Andy Dick groped Ivanka Trump during a national television appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live in July 2007 When Ivanka came out, Dick said he wanted to give her a big wet kiss and almost immediately began to touch her leg 

Ivanka politely tried to remove his hand and Kimmel eventually separated Dick from Ivanka, but he started touching her arm less than a minute later
