How to fix depression or stress induced erectile dysfunction?

All the fucking time this is happening and i do suffer from mild depression

I have a good week and feel pretty good mood wise = constant sex drive, needing sex everyday, raging boners, constantly tempted to fap, sex on mind all the time, horny, etc

I have a stressful week or couple weeks = no sex drive, no morning wood, weak erections, forcing myself to think about sex just to see if i am still alive down there, no energy or motivation

Everything i see online only talks about porn induced erectile dysfunction or erectile problems because of physical health.

I have had plenty of blood work done, test levels are all good. When I am not feeling stressed or depressed i feel normal sexually but even one bad week and my cock is dead.

I don't want to take antidepressants because i heard they can give you erection problems. I am looking to cure my bipolar sex drive and just keep it consistent.
