All part of the plan. The barrage of questions derails the train of conversation. It's all calculated. But remember: I said nothing outright, so the charge of betrayal is moot.

Tit for tat, as someone said earlier. then you will come to know your true nature.... if you truly want to That means I didn't find any change in behavior from others, and so felt no compulsion to change myself to suit them. If hardship and sacrifice doesn't merit any even verbal appreciation of effort after years, then it's time to walk away. And no, I wouldn't have needed any such proofs without the prior betrayals. My value was assumed as a child, and this presumption was acted upon. I don't need to prove I am of higher worth to those who did that.
