Shares of AT&T slipped more than 1 percent in after-hours trading Thursday. In June, a federal judge ruled that the $85.4 billion deal was legal and imposed no conditions on the merger. When I caught the mistake Direct TV admitted the mistake but refused to refund the money only offer a credit. These guys owed me over $300 in a credit so only option was that I would use up the $300 I was owed and then asked them to cut me off. Years later a $200 charge showed up on my credit report, for what I don't know. I now refuse to do business with a company without a local office as these guys drafted money out of my account and was nothing I could do via a 800# to get my $300 car payment back! I find Sprint is a close 2nd... |

This time, I literally wrote down every single thing they said before I signed up, dated time and dates. Amounts they said, totals they said, services they said. For 6 months, I still had to call them for every bill because I was overcharged by at least $35.00 Always goes to Philippines they don’t understand, you get transferred multiple times. You are told it was resolved, a day later it is not. Each month they removed the extra charges. But I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to correct thier charges and “mistakes”. Currently I still have a $1.25 extra amount that keeps showing up. You can’t get any answer via the forums. They also never tell you that the “regional sports” fee is something they can’t remove and is mandatory if you sign - even with a basic non-sports package. Well that bumps it another $9.00 per month over what they quote you. I asked why do you call it a fee when it is a state tax? They had no answer. It’s all a huge ripoff and scam. |
