There must be a reason for why the old cultures avoid metallic eating utensils
People in Asia prefer to use wooden chopsticks or their fingers for eating. In the west, people use metallic forks, knives and spoons.

It is not natural for human beings to insert metal into their mouth. I suspect many western diseases and illnesses are due to exposure to metal. It does not necessarily mean that iron or steel is leeching into your body. When you insert a metallic object into your mouth, the saliva acts as an electrolyte and creates an electric potential in your mouth - especially if you have metallic tooth fillings!

chopsticks were used for cooking (they're perfect for reaching into pots full of hot water or oil)

Yes. So what? They're still healthier than metallic utensils.

I have a glass cup made of uraniumglass, it´s safe do drink from. Why should an iron spoon do you any harm?
Silver spoons don´t need to be cleaned because no bacteria will spread on them, they are best to eat with.

Early Asian cultures didn't have the infrastructure to forge metals on a scale needed to serve their population(s)

Wood is plentiful and a pair of chop sticks can be made in just a min or two

Ancient cultures did not have "stainless steel". The ones that had silver used it for utensils. The answer could be as simple as sticking any other metal in your mouth and see how it tastes. Most are quite distaseful...lol I want to say "metallic tasting".

Wooden utensels are more likely to collect bacteria, which is why they are better used for cooking (a process that kills the live bacteria on the spoon when you stir the boiling pot) than eating with, and cramming that bacteria laced food into your mouth.

But hey, don't take anyone's word for it, go whittle yourself a spoon and fork (good luck whittling a knife lol). See if it helps increase your health over a long term.

You should consider that silver or iron for example reacts with acidic food, but that that will not harm you at all, silver and iron are not bad for you.
On the other hand you might know that you need metals to produce glass, to clear and colour them. Glass unlike metal is not solid, so when you do anything other from drinking from it, the force you use will break out small particles of the glass which you will incorporate. The metals used for colouring glass are all toxic.
Ceramic is even worse, because the process of making it hard enough(glazing) uses toxic substances, those are even eroding into your drink, so you should not even drink from glazed ceramic.

OP is an idiot.

What do they use for pipes?
COPPER?

"born with a silver spoon in your mouth"
cam during the Bubonic Plague outbreaks where wealthy children never became ill due to the silver they were ingesting.

Bodies need minerals.

the mouth lining is one of the body's most sensitive areas that can easily become contaminated, unlike a dog who has enzymes so it can eat meat raw.

heavy metals are not good for the body, eating out of cans like aluminum and drinks, it poisons the body. Most of the grocery store is not real food, as it is full of sugar, corn syrup, wrapped in plastic, etc.

the intention behind this is to dumb down the strength, clarity and abilities of human beings, in order to keep them down and working like slaves, passively accepting shittier conditions

So say you go somewhere to get a salad. You get the salad and eat it with your hands, after everyone has used the same door handle to enter, some clean, some dirty....

You can go wash in the bathroom, but touching anything after recontaminates your hands.

You can use air. Thread: HEALTH ALERT: STOP using hand dryers; they suck in fecal bacteria and blow it all over your hands, study finds

You can use a towel and open the door with the towel, but then you must touch the side to get it to dispense.

Or use a "hanging" towel, that is also contaminated.

Chinese people don't use metal chopsticks because they believe metal changes the taste of food.

To which I agree, after you get used to bamboo chopsticks, you can definitely taste the metal utensils in your mouth.

What's interesting is that Koreans prefer to use metal chopsticks unlike the Chinese who never use them.

Korean chopsticks - metal
Chinese and Japanese chopsticks - bamboo or plastic

Also wood does not conduct heat like metal, keeping the food warm and it does not affect taste like metal does! Use a chopstick to stir your coffee, not a metal spoon

Re: There must be a reason for why the old cultures avoid metallic eating utensils
Old cultures lacked the skill to craft metals such as utensils easily, metalsmithing is hard, and so when cultures first did it was reserved for weaponry. As the price dropped for the bass material some cultures adopted them due to durability and reduced likelihood of getting sick. Others went with more porous materials like ivory and wood due to religious and superstitious beliefs.

You are not supposed to store or brew herbs in metal as there is some type of interaction between the two. I learned that when I was studying herbs.
