People do not eat ENOUGH saturated fats today thanks to the fear and uncertainty campaign by so called nutritionists. Butter, eggs and fatty meat. Healthy and nothing to do with clogged veins, unless you are genetically pre-disposed to arterial clogging. Symptoms of not getting enough saturated animal fats: pain and damage in the joints, skin problems, brain atrophy, muscle degeneration and so on. You do realize most vege-soy boys exhibit all these symptoms. And they have bought the lie that vegetable oils and canola oil are healthier options than frying with animal fats. Those oils are very unstable when heated and become toxic, good old lard is best for frying because of it's stability when heated. |
