And please, show me one actual study that says vaccines are safe and effective. I was born in 1950. I got measles, mumps, and chicken-pox. So did my brother born in 1952. My 2 brothers born 1957 and 1964 had been vaccinated and got NONE of the dreaded childhood diseases, and if you think they were fun, guess again. That was the case ALL OVER AMERICA. Yes, there are lots of lies in our lives, but Antivaxx folks need to look at the polio epidemic and the path of chickpox -- sure it's fine as a kid, but ask the grownup that gets shingles because they had chickenpox as a kid -- it fucking sucks. I found out before entering college that I only had 1 of the 2 chicken pox vaccinations. I was 26. Never had chicken pox or odd skin breakouts. I was also forced to get a flu shot in order to attend the school. I have never been so sick in my entire life. I sneezed so hard that I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and was unable to move for about 3 days. Ambien couldn’t even knock me out. It’s been almost 3 years and I haven’t had a flu shot since. I also haven’t been sick a single day since then either. |
