"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorn-bushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them."[Matt.7:15-120]
In Christ, a true prophet of God is someone who lives according to true doctine and teaches it to others. A false prophet, on the other hand, is someone who lives according to false doctrine and also teaches it to others. The reason why false prophets are called ravenous wolves is because they use false doctrine to rip to threads true doctrine in anyone who's not yet established in their walk with God. The Devil, unbeknown to them, is using false doctrine to make as many Christians as possible, unprepared for the Rapture. Believing and live according to true doctrine is what keeps us ready for the Rapture.
"For a good tree does not bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. For every tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather grapes from a bramble bush. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks." [Luke 6:43-45]
Men not gathering figs from thorns or grapes from a bramble bush means, for instance, that someone who is practicing the evil of adultery cannot nourish anyone with true doctrine that's meant to produce a strong healthy marriage. In short, the practice of adultery, from being in an unlawful marriage, is what gives birth to false doctrine.
The Church is being starved to death! And as a consequence all kinds of evil things are now running rampant in it! "...out of the heart of men,
proceed evil thoughts,ADULTERIES, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. All these EVIL THINGS come from within and defile a man.” Mark 7:21-23]
John the Baptist said: “...I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather the wheat into His barn; but the chaff He will burn with unquenchable fire." [Luke 3:16,17]
We often speak of being baptized in the Holy Spirit, but not enough about being baptized in fire. The truth is that when we're being baptized in the Holy Spirit, it's a forgone conclusion that we're being baptized in fire as well. The fire is God's very own love that enables us to live out and teach His true doctrine. We don't teach from head knowledge or the memory. We teach from living according to the doctrine of God IN Christ Jesus our Lord. This is why the Lord said: “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me. If anyone wills to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or whether I speak on My own authority. [John 7:16,17]
There's dunamis resurrection power in the doctrine of God in Christ Jesus. The Devil knows this and doesn't want anyone living according to it. It's for this very reason we must live out this doctrine ourselves and teach others to do the same.
There's no better place for the dunamis resurrection power in the doctrine of Christ to be fully demonstrated, than in the keeping of the marriage covenant. Amonst all those who are married in the Christian World only those who are keeping the marriage covenant are living according to true doctrine and can therefore teach it under power of the Holy Spirit.
Those who are in adulterous marriages are living according to false doctrine and are therefore using sorcery and witchcraft to deceive people. They're the reason for all the troubles we're experiencing NOW!
"...since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ..."[2 Thess.1:6-8]
Notice they're two groups of people the Lord is coming to take vengeance on. The first group of people include all those who don't know God at all. These are people who have lived all their lives for themselves and the world. They don't know God and they don't want to know Him. In fact, they hate Him and use every opportunity they can to blaspheme Him.
The second group of people are made up of hundreds of millions of name-only Christians, who know God but don't obey Him. These are the foolish virgins who think all they need to do is believe in God without following through with actions. This is what's at the heart of them not honoring the marriage covenant. They believe, in error, that God's grace allows them to remarry after divorce. They stubbornly refuse to accept that being married to another while they still have a living covenant spouse is adultery. These Christians have imbibed the Jezebel spirit and will be cast into the great tribulation when the Rapture occurs. [Rev.2:20-23]
As followers of Jesus Christ, we started our witness on Pentecost, over 2,000 years ago. It's very likely, therefore, that we're going to end our witness in August, 2018, on Pentecost!
"John answered, saying to all, “I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather the wheat into His barn; but the chaff He will burn with unquenchable fire." [Luke 3:16,17]
The first part of John's prophecy has been fulfilled. For over 2,000 Years now all the true followers of Jesus Christ have been baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire to obey and preach the gospel. Now our job is almost done. And the Lord is getting ready to gather us up, as wheat, into heaven before He burns up those who have made themselves into chaff. "These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, when He comes, in that Day [Pentecost], to be glorified in His saints..."[2 Thess.1:9-10]
"that Day" in the above text is referring to Pentecost. How can we possibly know this? It's because of what Paul said in what follows:
"Therefore we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill...THE WORK OF FAITH WITH POWER, that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ. [2 Thess.1:6-12]
When we're living according to true doctrine we're doing the work of faith. And we can't do the work of faith without dunamis, the power of God. It's this very power of the Holy Spirit that links us directly to the glorified flesh and bones of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is what's going to make it possible for Him to give us glorified bodies, hopeful on Pentecost, which falls on Tuesday the 21st of August, 2018.
