Trin: Make thread OPs choose if they allow ACs

ACs were allways one of the most interesting aspects of GLP, as it stands for freedom of speech. But I concur that it got out of hands.


It needs to be contained! So let the thread OP's decide if they allow ACs in their threads.

So reg. users have the ability to moderate them, but this way they're gone from the front page.
