It's too hot to cook or eat. I'm just not hungry.

No dinner for me tonight....

Leftover tenderloin stew made with brussels sprouts and some damn cheap golfball potatos.

Brie and apple wedges for dessert?

We get like that too. Im in south Georgia, so dinner is normally later in the evening.

Boiled P nuts and Bud light.

Mini pizzas!

Love boiled Pnuts, we cook our own here. Add a jar of pickled Jalapenos into the biol when we do. Gives a bit of zest

Trying to figure that out now. I have a whole (small) 4.5 pound chicken that I'd like to roast. Just gotta find a recipe I'm in the mood for. Lots of veggies for sure!

Beef stew here also, and... buttermilk biscuits.

Its ready right now actually.

English muffin pizzas?

Two salmon cuts with crab meat on top and steamed veggies.

Grilling some burgers with sauteed onions and jalapenos.
And corn on the cob.

Grilled ham and cheese with tomato soup.

I cooked these in a pressure pot. Sometimes I put Old Bay seasoning with a jalapeno in them.

You can make 'Blackened Chicken" real easy.

Late night I'm going to throw a cup of white jasmine rice in the rice cooker and then heat up some tikka masala curry sauce on the stove... I also add a tablespoon of hemp seeds to the mix...

We had some nice produce from the garden and so,

We made marinated, grilled chicken thighs

garden basil and tomato with sliced garlic, mozzarella and red peppers, vinaigrette dressing

breaded cauliflower with grated parmesean

fresh bitter kale, steamed with garlic and balsamic

It was delicious! God is Good.

Sounds good! Why late night?

Two hamburger patties with farm fresh cheese on top. Green salad from the garden. Ice tea and I'll be having ice cream soon.

Soft crab sandwiches with a tomato.

Beef fajitas and a beer.

Nice !

I'm having wild caught Salmon , organic Broccoli , fresh yellow Crook Neck Squash out of the garden and glutin free Cornbread ...um good ...

Grilled Jamaican jerk chicken with a habenro mango mint glaze...

I look forward to Sunday summers that's for sure lol
