I work at a FIOS store and the amount of people returning cable box's is astounding, really. I'm supposed to ask why they are cancelling and try to convince them to rethink their decision, but in reality i'm glad they are cutting the cable.  One of those was mine no doubt. Lock freeze reset lock freeze reset. They said quite a few come through there daily.
