Okay so Jellystone is the real deal. Interesting.
I understand the size that's why I don't think it's possible.
The amount of pressure it would take to make it pop off would be immense.
**Actually, Of The Intense Pressure The Magma Is In ... To Keep It Contained ... & Flowing Horizontally .... This Would Boggle One's Mind !!
**If These Gasses Built Up ... Without The Release ... Say The Geysers In Yellowstone Park ... There Would Be A Very Explosive Seam Explosion ... That Would Blow Out These Lands ... Exposing The Lave To The Surface ... Of Which First The Land Would Be Blown Up Into The Sky ... The Gasses Released ... The Land Falls ... & Then Comes The Lava Right Up To The Surface !!
My guess is that pressure would be distributed to other calderas with less volume thus relieving the pressure on Yellowstone.
**To Maintain The Land Stability ... And Not Have It Be ... One Giant Sink Hole ... These Pressures Would Have To Be Maintained In A Constant Controlled Even Way !! ... Again That Is Why The Geysers Let Off Steam/Pressure ... They Are Pressure Relief Values ... To Keep That Whole System From Blowing Up !!
**It Keeps The Whole Of The United States From Becoming One HUGE Continent Wide Volcano .... With Rivers Of Melted Rock/Magma Flowing Uncontrolled On The Surface !!
**As Is ... When (Not If !!) This Explosion Occurs ... All Of That Land Will Drop Suddenly ... It's Supports Taken Out From Below !! ... Not Only Will The Magma/Molten Rocks Come Up/Be Exposed ... But Water Will Rush In ... To These Low Lying Areas ... & Cover Over The Entire United States !!

Basically a perpetual motion machine in layman terms. the magma tubes are situated as such to keep the core spinning. when the earth was formed the magma was pushed away from the core to balance the charge. those magma tubes followed electric current path to carve out a balancing location. as the magma moves through them, it keeps the core spinning. because magma is highly magnetized. the volcanos and fissures are the venting or exhaust system. a pressure relief valve if you will.
