Pedophilia is NOT a "sexual orientation"!!!

Paedophilia IS a psychiatric disorder.

“pedophile who doesn’t abuse children has done nothing wrong.”

This is a very subjective statement, The bottom line it means a person who is attracted to pre-pubesent children.

Lets now `flip` this over... At what point does Paedophile thinking become normal..... A few things The leagal presidence being the major factor.
Whether you are classed as a paedophile is also based on the laws of that particular country... For example you can have sex leagaly in Germany with a 14 year old hop across to the border to Belgium and the legal age is 16... So by legal interpretation you are a Paedophile in Belgium but not in Germany.... Examples (more extreme) are all over the world.

So.... Getting back on track... What and why is a Paedophile.... !!... As I said its a "psychiatric disorder".

In a majority of cases Paedophiles are `victims` of paedophilia themselves. Having been groomed and conditioned often within their own (perceived) safe family surroundings, the `normalisation` and accepting `this is the right way to behave` is instilled to protect the `power` of the abuser. The consequence is a learnt behaviour that is then carried onward as the abused becomes more sexually aware themselves.
Of course there is a lot more to this... There may be hereditary and hormonal/chemical factors that drive this and a combination of them all.

So... Is it an orientation?? Well the answer is.... Its NOT a natural orientation... its a conditioning from many areas that distort the natural thinking and development as some people grow up and like their abusers before... they can become abusers themselves.

MRI brain scans have proven determinative neural differences in individuals with this orientation. You can't argue with these clear results.

The brain grows and develops... depending on what parts are stimulated governs where and how the brain grows.... MRI are a snap shot at the time... These comparisons are made at later ages when all the various factors have had their years in sculpting the brain.

That's not true dood. Old people can be programmed just as easily as young people, I'll explain.

I didn't say old brains can't be programmed, just that it isn't quite as easy as with young brains. Old brains have more "inertia" to overcome. You make a valid point on how programming can be done though.

Okay let's all agree on few things. The sexualization, rape, molestation or even supposed consensual(not really) sex with a prepubecsnt child is disgusting, morally wrong, damaging to the child and should remain taboo and illegal in every way. I think we can agree on this.

You must also take in to account pedophilia has come to cover all cases where someone older than 18 has sexual relations with someone under 18. This is not a true or factual evaluation of the situation and the punishment is likely extremely unfair.

So let's look at this subject deeper. First, A Hebophile is defined as an adult who has a strong sexual, emotional and spiritual attraction and/or preference for
adolescents, (post-pubescent children) but are NOT attracted to
pre-pubescent children.

Do you consider these people sickos? I only ask because almost everyone of your family members say just 200 years ago is likely a Hebophile. When life was shorter it was imperative that people get married and have kids young. This increased the chances of survival dramatically. These days we lump these people in to the pedo crowd perhaps unfairly. Don't get me wrong. I don't want my two teen age daughters dating some guy in his 30s but I don't believe that if an older man is attracted say a 17 year old is a sicko pervert and needs to be jailed immediately.

Pedo, Heno, Homo, straight and everything in between is a sexual orientation whether you like it or not. Many people can change their sexuality to some degree but not completely.


These are just a few facts on a very complex subject. You don't have to agree but this is what science and psychologist won't tell you because anything short of let's hang any old guy attracted younger women is considered saying pedophila is okay.

Let me end with this. Pedophila is not okay. It should never be legal or normalized. It damages a child for life. It is a terrible terrible thing.

To add the distinction, they are not defining pedophilia as the act, but the attraction. The act is defined as child sexual abuse I think.

A 19 year old male with 13 year old WOMAN (who has hit puberty and by nature's standard of old) is an acceptable relationship... In an Amish community or similar where the dependence on one another is related to given tasks which including having and raising a family.

An 18 year old male who was dating the SAME GIRL for 2 or 3 years in high school (only being a grade ahead, say, starting from a Sophomore/Freshman grade relationship) and who have both had sex for years, should not be arrested and labeled a "sex offender" the day he turns 18 if the relationship continues. Any judge who would rule on this to the strictest letter of the law, or a jury that would do the same, are f*cking fools.

18 is NOT a BY STATE age limit, nor by country.

That said, what happens outside the United States SHOULD BE HANDLED by that country's laws and policing authorities. If men want to go to Thailand and India and places like that that allow for it, it's THEIR PROBLEM, not ours. The U.S. should have no jurisdiction over their activity there, no matter how sick, however, if caught and convicted there, their passports should be taken away from allowing them entry back into the U.S. or to then be arrested as a fugitive.

There are other "situational ethics", I'm sure, but... there's also a MAJOR double standard for when it's an older woman (like the teachers of the past 20 years) and younger males. They definitely don't get the same treatment, prison sentences and stigma that men do. People here "Sex Offender" and 99-100% of the time, it's automatically a MALE that registers.

Women are merely predators while men are all rapists? Hmmm.
