Article 1, Section 10 of the US Constitution prohibits any American from receiving a title of nobility. Anyone guilty of doing so was to forfeit their citizenship.

One such title was Attorney. Another was Esquire. Or how about when George H. W. Bush, was knighted by Queen Elizabeth for his faithful service during his tenure as president 41 of the United States?

According to the Constitution, these people ought to lose their US citizenship, because, in essence, they are swearing allegiance to a foreign government.

Most people are also unaware that in 1810 an amendment to the Constitution was voted on, which precipitated the War of 1812. British troops destroyed the White House and especially the Library of Congress to erase the historical records of the 13th Amendment. Nonetheless, the amendment was ratified by the required number of states in 1819, though subsequently, the lawyers worked hard to suppress it and to eradicate it from historical memory. When the next amendment was ratified, they made that one the NEW 13th amendment.

It was rediscovered in 1983 by David Dodge and Tom Dunn.

In the winter of 1983, archival research expert David Dodge, and former Baltimore police investigator Tom Dunn, were searching for evidence of government corruption in public records stored in the Belfast Library on the coast of Maine.

By chance, they discovered the library’s oldest authentic copy of the Constitution of the United States (printed in 1825). Both men were stunned to see this document included a 13th Amendment that no longer appears on current copies of the Constitution. Moreover, after studying the Amendment’s language and historical context, they realized the principle intent of this “missing” 13th Amendment was to prohibit lawyers from serving in government….

The “missing” 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them….”

Historically, the British peerage system referred to knights as “Squires” and to those who bore the knight’s shields as “Esquires”. As lances, shields, and physical violence gave way to the more civilized means of theft, the pen grew mightier (and more profitable) than the sword, and the clever wielders of those pens (bankers and lawyers) came to hold titles of nobility. The most common title was “Esquire” (used, even today, by some lawyers).

Imagine a US government without lawyers! All those lawyer jokes would soon be forgotten as well.

Personal note: It seems rather apparent those who have been knighted are certainly in the globalist elite camp.

Even after Paul McCartney was knighted.... can't say his political views or singing with B.O. as "president" was impressive....

I wonder what group specifically indulges in laws upon laws upon laws and also has dual citizenship, so said laws can benefit them and their beliefs and ideals.

this isn't missing, it was removed intentionally by certain powers that be.

To my knowledge, the 13th ammendment was never ratified by 2/3 of the states and thus for never went into effect.

As I recall Jesus Christ had quite a few harsh words for the scribes and pharisees of his day that tried to overcome the spirit of the law which was to love one's neighbor as oneself with a Talmudic web of ins and outs and exceptions which allow people to defraud their neighbor instead.

some of the resolutions that led to successful amendments or failed ones had a time frame (either a hard fast date or a length of time) within which the amendment must be ratified by the states to make it valid.

without the actual text of the proposal for the 13th amendment, we don't know if there was a time frame set in writing.

so the best course of action would be to reintroduce the amendment but like you said, most of our elected "officials" are lawyers so we can foretell exactly how that would proceed in the congress.

but if this link [link to law.justia.com (secure)] is to be believed, it lists the amendment in question as a failed amendment and shows the text as having no time frame/expiry date.

Technically, nothing. It was passed by congress with no expiration date but was never ratified fully by the states.

Theoretically, if a grass roots campaign were started to 'jump start the 13th', if enough support could be garnered, then there would be a possibility of ratifying it.

Last I heard, 12 states had ratified it and another 26 were needed to fully ratify it.

George Bush waited until he was out of office. If he was still in office it would have been an offense. Rudy Guiliani was still in office, but he was not holding a Federal position/title.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this only applies when you are holding a Federally elected position and Congress can make an exception for you beforehand, according to the US Constitution.
