Made eggplant parmesan the other night. Slices of fresh mozzerella on top of each. Smothered in sauce from tomatoes in garden. Thinking September is officially my favorite month now. Quoting: Willow Wood omg that sounds sooo good! We started growing herbs in the window! No room for anything else but everything we eat is organic and locally grown at this point. It takes two days to shop lol --every couple days TG and I food out, sorreh |

It's raining, the skeeters are thick as clouds and my poor eggplants are being neglected. Local grown is good. We hope to eventually sell produce locally when we get it down. Only second year in to this venture. It's a passion for us to serve our community and teach others to grow their own too. People say we're running out of land yet we see thousands of acres just sitting there waiting to become food. |

Around the Moon in 2023. The mission — which will loop around, but not land on, the moon — could be ready to launch in just five years, Musk said. Maezawa won't go alone. He said he will choose six to eight artists, from painters and sculptors to fashion designers and architects, to share the experience with him — and, ultimately, with all of us. Most of the land I see unused is probably that situation. We're in cow country and most of the grains grown are for feed. Huge factory farms with nasty chemicals. Luckily our land is far enough away from the closest one so we don't get drift. |
