Do you mix them together, and if so how? I have not mixed them all together. Though I’m thinking it would make a yummy salad dressing. Thanks for the inspiration:) My typical routine is adding coconut oil to my morning tea. I also use coconut oil as a moisturizer. Then in the evening I use the turmeric in my Golden Milk, which is a combination of warmed coconut milk, lots of turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, fresh ginger, and raw honey. Finally, before bed I drink a shot of apple cider vinegar. Awesome routine! I use coconut oil for oil pulling in the morning and sometimes evening, and apply it on my skin as an intense mask for feet and face, or like you said as moisturizer. Combined with hydrogen carbonate (Natron), I also take it as deodorant at times. Internally, I use to put half or one teaspoon of it into black coffee. Thanks! You have an awesome routine, as well. If you haven’t tried Golden Milk, I suggest you do. I can’t emphasize enough how delicious and soothing, it is. I can imagine, but I am terribly spoiled in that I don't do much of preparing food (and prefer specific German stuff for myself at home) - I get it from other people, and from the plenty of healthy street food snack bars from all over the world, so I get all the ingredients of the Golden Milk, but in different mix. The snack bar stuff is always fresh, tasty and no junk food. And where there are no tourists but many locals eating, the price/amount of food is more than correct as well - specifically for muslim kitchen, like arabic from Sudan, Libya, Syria, and from Turkey. Drinking plain, boiled water is also a morning routine, 1 liter of it, and after oil pulling. Cooled down enough so it doesn't hurt, of course. It's an easy detox (hate that buzzword actually) and hydrated start into the day :) |

Same with lemon juice. Both also brighten the skin, so in times with little to no sun, they are a natural bleach. aaaand, you can apply lemon juice on freshly waxed arm pits too, when deodorants with alcohol would BURN. Yes, I wax my armpits every few weeks, moon cycle and day wise, and since today we've entered another Let Grow cycle. notices once again she should write all that and more eco beauty stuff down and post on her German blog waiting for activation since ... 5 years?!! |

I don't take as shots, though. Usually mix it with water and somelemon juice. ~Starborn~ |

I have lots of things I am fascinated about, and observing (my) pain as it occurs, makes it easier for it to vanish, too. |
