Bypass the ego BY NOT living in and of the minute.

You'll notice it -- BE STILL to see it.

That feeling whatever it is positive or negative of the ego IS NOT you.

YOU have to BE STILL to see or not see it.

Being STILL is like sitting on-top of your own shoulder, watching everything happen -- IN THIRD (3rd) PERSON...

You NOTICE SO MUCH if you can do this...

It also provides a BUFFER ZONE between you and the egotistical negative feelings so many REACT upon and out of...

Which manifests as negatives in the WORLD -- because they CAME FROM INSIDE someone who lives in the "MOMENT" of the ego... OR NOT.

It's like a leaf on the stream's surface -- powerless to do anything about it's situation -- Oh I'm a little leaf minute to minute -- I cannot see or have insight to notice that further down stream there might be a rock I can rest upon out of the stream to ponder my path...

I know it's silly, but it's exactly like this... It's all about choices and making them through faith...

Not making choices which arose from mistakes of and from the ego -- or the influence of it.

When you notice the difference between you and your ego -- you can effectively pull the mask off of it and it is like it having to put a dunce hat on and sit in the corner being quiet. Until you allow it to run amok. The more you notice, the easier it is to see...

Then after a while, it's second-nature and almost instinctual. Then after you get to this point, you realize the ego once you figure it out, has a different purpose with your "seasoned" direction.

It is like the stream -- it comes and goes, and no one seems to know whence it came or where it goeth, but everyone gets drenched if they fall into it...
