I'm sorry, but this is not talking about poo'ing and pee'ing. This is serious. Yes, these diseases and toxins can be derived from wastes, but they're talking about spreading them in public places. Plague, Hanta-virus, cholera are super serious.

SF is a huge city with a major airport. A person could eat an apple from an infected store, hop on a plane, head to Denver...etc etc. It can spread easily, quickly. I just don't think this should be taken lightly. I really hope they're just talking smack and not actually going to carry out this scheme. :(
