But do stay out of the faith healing, bait in the switch, cult of AA programs. [link to www.orange-papers.info (secure)] AA has a 6 times higher suicide rate than just doing DYI for your alcohol abuse habit for now. plus there are lots of programs online and YouTube videos. ObserVader User ID: 42313264 ![]() 08/06/2018 06:06 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've been drinking for 15 years. I love it. The last year I've been binge drinking somewhere between half a bottle to a whole fifth of bourbon every night. It has negatively affected my life in a lot of ways, so I quit. Last Thursday was my last spell. The withdrawals have been uncomfortable. I hear for some people they can be life threatening. For me it's just aggravating. I guess I'm lucky. Anyway, good luck. |

You want to be free, right and not carry a label for the rest of your life? Stop. Don't announce it. Just do it. I believe in a higher power, but I believe He gives the power to US to act with, not be sentenced to a life labled as an addict. If you need help, look in to kratom, it has helped many an alcoholic stop drinking. If you are a very heavy drinker, you MUST wean yourself down and not quit cold turkey. Alcohol is one of the most dangerous substances around. Last Edited by snark on 08/06/2018 06:31 AM T For Texas, T For Tennessee! You got yourself into it, you are the only one who can get you out of it. Ever hear of AA? Give them a call and change your life.
