The point of this life is to end this cycle of impermanence, so you can become a creator god outside the recycle of establish creation ..For this you must overcome the illusion of life.. Your own mortality is your enemy and friend in this quest. The awareness of her will force you to ackowledge what really matters and move you to focus in the end point.
