Is anyone else’s internet being throttled when trying to read the AJ stories on drudge?

I have noticed Youtube is running slower then normal tho.

Someone Packet Injecting to slow down access and therefore hits to lower income of site.
It is a concerted effort to interfere in the elections.

which the deep state not the ruskies are doing, the shadow government.

Yes, I know it's the Deep State doing it, not the Ruskies.
But it's still "Election Interference".
Just like it was when they did it during the 2016 elections and then "Blamed" the Russians.

If you are a little technical, there's a tool called mtr that can show you where the packets are being dropped. It's built into Ubuntu and available for download on WIN at winmtr.net Mac is at rudix.org/packages/mtr.html

You run it and enter the domain or URL of the site you are trying to reach, it'll give a report of the response times and % dropped packets each stop along the way.

One trick the bad guys use is to hack into a commercial ISP router and program the quality of service to a much lower number to drop a lot of the packets. Net result, slow service or you can't even connect.
