Yes, noticed a lot of fat asses, black, Hispanic, white, doesn't matter the ethnicity anymore.

My husband and I went to our local farmer store/apple orchard this weekend and it was packed with tourists. I noticed a lot of out of state license plates, and the women going to/getting out of these cars had enormous asses. I'm wondering if they are from an urban, city area. Not to say there aren't fat asses up here in the country (I've seen a few), but can't recall seeing this many fat asses in one outing.

It's AMAZING how pop culture can make the stupid ones do things like this. There's a whole legion of these dumb broads that idolize that idiot Kardashian and are getting implants in their asses.

The Kardashian sisters, claim that they’ve only had “Brazilian butt” treatments done. This is where fat is lipo-suctioned from other areas of the body and then injected into the buttock muscles, molded, and hopefully the body does not reabsorb it.

Fact: unless fat is processed (immediately after it’s suctioned out of the body) by being spun down in a centrifuge to remove impurities and water, - even after it’s re-injected the unprocessed fat will reabsorb - usually loosing about 50% of the first round, and 30-40% of the injected fat on subsequent injection procedures. Remember it has to be the patients own fat, so they need to be quite plump - bordering on morbid obesity. Otherwise they won’t have enough fat to harvest, inject, loose, and re-harvest again, inject again, and yet loose 50 of it the first time and 30 -40% the 2nd and 3rd time.

The truth is that if a person has a really flat or droopy ass, and wants to have a much larger pleasingly rounded buttock installed or built up, the fat injections will do it, over time. But it’s a multiple surgery routine, hurts both where the fat is harvested from and hurts again where it is injected. The buttocks stay numb for weeks, the fat can shift, and the patient must wear compression garments 24 hours a day for the first week or two in order to prevent the fat from shifting until it establishes a full blood supply at it’s new location.

The advantage of this “Brazilian” technique is that it is all your own body fat, and unless you loose weight in massive amounts, it may well be permanent, once you get enough of it in there to ‘take’ and hold.

Most women will not want to go thru multiple surgeries with such a dubious outcome as the multi-surgical session Brazilian buttock augmentation.

The Kardashian sisters are said to have had initially the Brazilian fat injection technique, and then in the absence of sufficient fat, their doctors turned to using custom-manufactured, gel-filled Silicone implants. These implants must be made for each patient, and because of their size and the fact that the patients is sitting on them part of the time, they are thicker and heavier than the breast implants used today.

The body can reject them, injection in the huge pocket they require for placement, is common. They are however, the only option for a person who wants a lot of additional buttock volume, and a permanent result. The problem is that about 40% of these surgeries get infections, have to be removed, the infection treated, and then they ‘try again’ to replace the removed implant. This custom-made silicone gel implants cost about $4500 for a pair of them (this is the wholesale cost to the doctor ordering them) and require another 5-7 hours of surgery to get them implanted in the patients buttock. It’s said they are not comfortable for the first few months, and then the patients report that they become used to sitting on this silicon-filled buttock pillow in their body.

Kim Kardashian is said to have had major implants, and then the contours around the edges of the implant were smoothed over with injected fat. The surgery was repeated two times before she got the size she wanted, and got them settled down and no further infection, or other surgical complication. This surgery is NOT taught in most courses of study on plastic surgery. Only a very few docs in the world have the expertise to do this surgery - and as you can imagine, their fees for this surgery start at about 20-25 thousand and can go up to over $50k. Add in cost of infection treatment (should it happen) and removal and subsequent replacement of the implants, and you are looking at a cost far too great for most patients to afford it, easily.
