Quoting: Nobuddy (Republican): 101,574 votes (50.2%) (Democrat): 99,820 votes (49.3%) (Green): 1,127 votes (0.6%) 100.1% Some one voted twice.. First election I've ever heard of that everyone turned out to vote.. so far over 100% & no one 'spoiled' their ballots. This is so awesome.. they still have over eighty thousand absentee ballots to count. This is the best 'Special' Election ever.!! Last Edited by Nobuddy on 08/08/2018 03:24 AM Nobuddy |

MPG User ID: 76542202 Slovenia 08/08/2018 07:39 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | There was an election today in the state of Ohio for a Senator position. 100% of the votes were counted: Troy Balderson (Republican): 101,574 votes (50.2%) Danny O'Connor (Democrat): 99,820 votes (49.3%) Joe Manchik (Green): 1,127 votes (0.6%) So the Republicans have declared victory... But there are probably 7,000+ votes that have not been counted yet that have been sent in by 'absentee ballot', or 'provisional ballots' from people who have questionable eligibility. So the journalist outlets (Like CNN) who act as the Democrat's propaganda wing (which is most media outlets) are shouting that it's "Too close to call". So now we wait for 12 days while they hand count the remaining votes and see what side of the coin lands... Thank you very much for the explanation. |
