Others are people who don't want to bother with election day lines. Others still are just hardcore politics junkies who can't wait to get in their vote (It's like a religion to some... on BOTH SIDES.) Then there are those who are not legally able to vote or not registered to vote, but they show up and fill out a provisional ballot... this is where some voter fraud can happen... but hopefully it'll be to a minimum. (Those votes are usually thrown out anyway.)
