I should add that I am agnostic. When all this started I was questioning the existence of demons, and thus God. I went grocery shopping last week, and found myself alone in an aisle I don't always go down when all of a sudden an old lady appeared behind me - she was wearing a babushka which in this little town in Texas was very out of place. She was staring at me for a long time, and when I finally looked up at her she said "God bless you." and just walked away. This is when the sleep paralysis started getting creepy.

2 days later, I get a friend request on Facebook from my ex wife that I haven't talked to in over 30 years, then out of the blue she send me a message that she had a dream that I was having some sort of spiritual crisis, and that God had told her that I needed to trust in Him. That's all she said. 30 years and not so much as a hello. If the babushka lady wasn't a sign, this was sure taken as one. The sleep paralysis demons started to come the very next weekend.

As I mentioned before, I am agnostic (or was up until this point, and especially after the episode tonight). I am very unsure what to do next. I can't say that I am agnostic after all this, but I have no label for what I am now.
