They are testing silencing conspiracy theory speech, is what I have determined. Even since the Russia election meddling fiasco (conspiracy theory propaganda), the powers that be, whether justified or not, find conspiracy theory speech extremely problematic in a transparency and free speech based governing system.

I'm not sure I would classify the majority of conspiracy theories as 'propaganda'. That's the term I reserve for most of what the major networks put out.

I caught a report on it earlier on tv. They are using the most far out examples of his theories as reasons and conveniently not mentioning the ones that are relevant and damaging to them etc.
