Biblically knowledgable people please help: Baptism references...
Men and women of Godlike I need your help. I need to get a full understanding of Baptism, the ritual, the process, the rules, as stated by Jesus Christ. It will take me a long time to find what I need to know: Is self Baptism possible?

Can you please tell me verses and chapters and stuff on the topic pretty pretty please, I promise I need to know, I am not shilling you...

I will find it eventually on my own, just asking for help while I search. Thank you all! hf

Baptism (Mikveh) was a rite/ritual that was the final step in becoming a citizen of Israel/Judea. It was a spiritual and legal process, which is why John the Baptist raised a lot of eyebrows from the pharisees and elders.

Acts chapter 2:38,

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

After Romans chapter 10:9,10,

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

May the Holy Spirit of the living God draw you near.

John 3:3-6,

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Glory to God
Life is short
Death is sure
Sin the cause
Christ the cure!
