The alternative was having the investigation performed in the current city of where the C Foundation is located, NYC. We all know how that would’ve worked (or not). Using the location of the original home base for the foundation gives it a fair shot at a non-partisan peek. My guess is that you already knew that and you couldn’t resist putting your shill hat on.
