Sounds like "voters" are using names of people from old voter rolls that probably died 20-40 years ago and have not been stricken from the rolls.

Even lifelong Republicans tend to vote Democrat after death.

It's funny, but dead voters never seem to vote Green or Libertarian.

Solution: ALL VOTERS must have their pulse taken before entering the voting booth.

A signature and some form of government issued identification is needed to vote.

Maybe eliminate the absentee ballots, the provisional ballots, as well as the vote-by-mail option.

We need more than just id's. Anybody with a fake id or even a utility bill in some cases can vote.

The system needs to be reformed.

You know it's the Russians at work, having colluded once again with Trump to dig up the dead, even if they did vote Democrat.

Mueller and his crackerjack team of investigators just needs another 27 months or so to round up and coerce another dozen or so witnesses who were at Trump Tower the day he declared his candidacy to testify that they saw a woman with porn star features, who could have passed for Russian in the lobby, thereby proving the collusion, which, although not illegal, is enough to impeach Trump before he wins a 2nd term in 2020.

I remember when we was turnin' out to vote for Andy in the '28 election. Had to fight off a hoard of dem darn injuns to reach the chapel to vote down near the fur tradin' post where all us trappers used to go.

I hate to be that guy but I couldn't find anything in the article that said they voted.

From what I saw it only said they are registered.

Probably just not taken off the voter rolls yet because they are terrible at keeping the voter rolls in order.
