In January the FBI launched a new Clinton Foundation investigation.
It was FUBAR'ed by special agent in charge Diane Upchurch.
a loyalist of Andrew McCabe and James Comey.
McCabe, who was promoted to assistant director of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division by then-Director Robert S. Mueller in 2012, was Upchurch’s supervisor.
McCabe and Comey have since been fired from the FBI.

The question is, are they collecting evidence to go after them, or collecting evidence to destroy it? I don't trust Sessions one bit.

I doubt if the clints wanted to destroy evidence that they would have waited this long. I guess that they were hit by surprise thinking they would get a heads up beforehand and so now Trump has the stuff.

The same plane made a second trip to Little Rock yesterday, August 9, 2018. It landed in Little Rock at approximately 1:30pm (EST) and took off bound for Richmond at about 3:30pm (EST). I tracked it all the way, and it made a safe landing in Richmond just before 5:30pm (EST). The plane is indeed registered to the United States Department of Justice.

What if:

The entire Mueller thing is to fool the Clinton global crime network that they aren't being investigated, yet the entire investigation is AT them exclusively. The Trump Russia theme is the diversion so evidence would not be destroyed.
