The Manafort trial is going badly for the Mueller team, the judge isn't putting up with any tricks out of them and has embarrassed them to the point where they made a formal complaint to the judge on his comments. Judges don't take being told how to act by lawyers too well. Mueller also doesn't take failure well, he tends to have his underlings take the fall for him or at least the heat. I would almost bet the Mueller team will ask for a mistrial, and slip away quietly. |
