I knew a guy that took regular veggies from his parents farm and did this, that why I’m cautious about buying organic from farmers markets. One acre may seem small at first, but it may be a lot more work than you anticipated. |

I spent 2 weeks in Vilcabama Ecuador, an area known for the high mineral content of the soil and also known for the longevity of the people living there. When locally grown veggies are juiced there, 4 ounces will literally give you a buzz. I can drink 16 oz juices here in the states and feel absolutely nothing because of the low mineral content. There is a company that extracts minerals from the ocean that farmers and gardeners can use to fortify the soil. Fully mineralized plants are also healthier and more resistant to bugs and plant diseases. Grow veggies that can be juiced and sell them at farmers markets by giving people samples of the juice. |
