I agree. They are much more of a risk and threat than an asset. At a minimum, military aid and communications access need to be reduced to bare bones.

Been in free fall since the 2016 false flag "attempted coup" their exports went down big time, most of their economy depends on exports (a lot of industrial equipment), and a lot of people were no longer willing to purchase from turkey, afraid of never receiving their purchased goods, and went Chinese, I did a lot of business with Turkey before the "attempted coup".
Before that the Turkish Lira stayed at a stable"ish" 0.35/0.30 for 1€ for a few years, but it has steadily being going down for a long time now, but took a dive after july 2016
