The last time I was in Toronto ( 1988), I sat on Younge st and watched Black kids knocking over garbage cans, jumping on cars etc ,,,,,,I told one of the cops that Hip Hop was the beginning of the end for this place. Thats when Hip Hop was turning Vulgar and violent.
