My daughter is in West Virginia and was bitten by this spider while pressure washing a porch. She wants to know what type of spider it is, but I am not sure.

It doesn't appear to be a spider from West Virginia.

Photographing it on the visually noisy wooden surface instead of something like a sheet of blank paper makes automated web identification of it all but impossible unfortunately.

It's not one that I recognize, but you may want to try and see if they can identify it on this site:

Most spiders are not poisonous...

So she'll be fine.

It isn't a recluse or any type of widow.

So, she will be fine.

I've been bitten by venomous spiders before--I knew it instantly from the burning pain. If she's not got a burning spot and has no other side effects she'll likely be fine.

I found the exact species for you OP.

Cobweb Weaver Spintharus flavidus

They seem to vary in color, but if you look at the markings you will notice the same pattern on the abdomen.

I got a weird creepy feeling like this was the start of a zombie horror movie.

Ask all the neighbors, if it grows there maybe one of them was bitten before or looked it up.
