God is the Ancient of Days. The son of man is Jesus. They are two separate beings. One is God, one is His Son. The root cause of this disagreement is the trinity doctrine. It forces you to be a hypocrite/liar You pay lip service to God but deny that God is the Father alone. Forces you to deny that the Son of God died on the cross. It forces you to believe that God Himself died on the cross, not the Son of God as Jesus Himself says in John 3:16. Just forget the trinity doctrine and start over. I worship God and the Lamb. I try my best that it's not lip service. I fail at times. God and His Son are both God, Elohim. YHWH, Adonai, El Shaddai, El Elyon Jesus, the messiah, the Christ, the anointed one, the savior, king, Lord Both are God. We can keep drawing this out until there are no more gigabytes if you want. The lamb is not God, the lamb is God's Son. You do not separate them. Thus, you deny them both for what they are. You are worshipping the creation rather than the Creator. I see this argument all the time. I look at it from a fathers point of view. My son is part of me. He gives me so much joy. What is mine is his. What is his is mine. Isn’t this why he gave his only son for us? I don’t know if it’s coincidece but where I work there are approx. 7 men. 6 are atheists out of seven. Now to the person that says the Pope and Obama are loved by God. I believe that. But they hate him back. And they will get wrath. Obama is a Sunni. Pope is black Pope. I mean it’s possible. God's grace is sufficient, even Christ the Lord. You curse your brother, you deny His right to life every time you use your authority labelling others. You curse me, because I bless others (no matter how great or small they are, you will not outstand my blessings in Spirit). I pray your candlesticks are shaken, for you spread hatred and bigotry, and not saving grace truth that glorifies Jesus, even truth. Love everybody, pray for everybody.
