I'm the Minority At My Job: I'm White

We MUST DEMAND AN END TO AFFIRMATIVE ACTION if we are to MAGA!

Affirmative action is ruining everything and operations are loathe to do anything about it. Most chains-of-command are occupied by these people who do not see a problem with massive under-performance, error, safety violations, mistakes that cost loads of money, etc.

END AFFIRMATIVE ACTION NOW and put the unemployed to work on infrastructure, manual labor. Anyone that doesn't want to work but has debt arrest them.

It's not too late, we can right this ship.

I was the minority out of Native American indians. There seem to be enough of them now and shouldn't be getting gov money and free health care every month.

I'm lucky enough to live in a city where this isn't an issue. In my city it's about 45/45 latino/white, about 3% are black and then there is the rest.

In this city, no matter where you work, you will have a "minority" above you in paygrade and on the totem pole.

My city isn't racist like that. I don't know if it's because white people and brown folks have been pretty chill for 200 years. Or just the fact we don't have black people to be racist to.

Please drop the term racism and replace it with realism.

Black People are realistically stoned, uninterested in professionalism or success in legitimate enterprise, irresponsible, self-entitled, angry, unintelligent primates.

OF COURSE there are exceptions and they should be elevated, nurtured, encouraged and promoted but again, this should be based on MERIT and not on skin color.

Black people need constant supervision and a steady threat of negative consequence if they do not perform. This will not exist if they are in charge of themselves. The goal will not only be lowered, it will be forgotten.
