I’d bring some rib-sticking food - heavy enough to suck up some of the booze and filling enough to fill you freaks up! You suckers better bring some grade A smoke to share!

Cobb salad - chicken breast, lots of bacon, blue cheese, chopped boiled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, shredded spinach, croutons, served with Italian dressing or homemade buttermilk ranch dressing

Cowboy caviar - red and yellow bell peppers, diced avocado, cilantro, fresh lime squeezed, sweet grape tomatoes cut in half, diced cucumbers, black beans, red onions, with a light and very tasty homemade vinegarette dressing

Loaded baked potato salad -potatoes, lots crumbled bacon and shredded sharp cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, sour cream and mayo, mixed well with a few spices (tastes just like a loaded baked potato and is addicting)

Couple of flats of Lasagna - one with homemade Italian meatballs and the other one with Italian sausage, both made with fresh buffalo mozzarella, bell peppers, button mushrooms, chopped onions, garlic, ricotta cheese with parsley and shredded Parmesan, with a homemade rich, tomato sauce. Served with loaves of Sourdough garlic bread with butter and mashed garlic, spices, and a couple of other ingredients like mayo and shredded cheese and baked in foil; so tasty it should be called Crack Bread, it’s a meal in itself

Enchiladas - made with spicy fajita flavored chicken breasts, enchilada sauce, lots of cheeses, some homemade Spanish rice, refried beans served with sour cream and chopped olives and green onions. Serve with freshly made Homemade salsa so tasty you can eat it with a spoon (the trick is using some Snap-E-Tom tomato juice and a dash of sushi rice vinegar and a dash of yellow hot chili peppers liquid for flavor) with diced sweet white or yellow onions, fresh cilantro with chopped up tomatoes with the seeds removed

Couple of tri-tip roasts, done Santa Maria style, with an overnight dry rub with 7 seasonings, cooked slowly, convection style on the grill so it’s charbroil grilled on the outside and so tender and juicy on the inside you can eat it with a fork. Served with sour cream and horseradish sauce on the side
