I've benefited from yoga immensely. Take what is good and leave the rest.

It's been proven in the video it's satanic. And you still wanna do it? I bet all those that got mental health issues or ended up in a hospital would wish they hadn't. Them there are many of. Just exercise. Made me strong and toned, helped with injuries, flexibility, alignment, balance and stress.
