Natural and synthetic DMT are both EXACTLY the same in every way. They have the same effect. Natural molecules are not "special".
Now, many DMT-containing plants also contain other drugs, like NMT, so using DMT that was extracted from those plants can have different effects(MHRB produces very pure DMT when it's extracted properly). But the DMT molecule itself is identical, regardless of what made it. The other substances present in the plant are what make each DMT-containing plant unique.
Adrenochrome is the same way. ALl adrenochrome molecules are identical.

Well, perhaps you should try, using an MAOi with each of the above mentioned extracts and see if you can find a difference. It's there.
